Hello UK-Skyders,
I am currently in the processes of putting together a list of skydiving terms.

You can see the progress so far here - Skydive Terms

We had an Irish skydiver drop by our DZ a few weeks back and the terms he used were lost on us... I honestly had no clue what he was saying but i thought it would be interesting to grab some of those out there terms that are unique to the different countries of the world.

i was wondering if you guys had any you care to share.

Thank you!

That is one we have also, its very dark but its one of those important things to talk about because otherwise we won't learn from others past mistakes.

Thank you for the input :)

Scorpion landing: description of a landing when the pilot crashes face first into the ground with legs bent behind him (which resemble scorpion's sting when observed from the side)
