What expectations do you have of other Skydivers? Here's a couple of mine.

Every good skydiver should...

Check the wind direction and strength when they arrive at the Dz and plan landing pattern accordingly. And update the plan every time they see the windsoc during the day.

Know the direction of the plane will be running in and delay between groups.

... have matching gear, lots of GoPros, a tiny canopy, and just generally look so damn cool.

...encourage and help develop the newbies in the sport.

Work at developing a good flight plan and develop the best flare technique for landing. This enabled downsizing to be a seamless progression. Coaching or at least observation is required to prevent bad habits.
